Information on this site
Earth Citizen has no registration, login or payment, and uses no visitor analytics or tracking cookies. What you type on the Share Your Story page is turned into a draft inside your browser only; it is not sent to the site's server.
When you send a story
Choosing “Send via Email” opens your own mail app to send to [email protected]. We then receive your email address and whatever you include: your name or nickname, contact details, publishing preference, your story and any attachments. We use them only to reply, review and edit the story with you, and agree whether and how it is published.
Publishing
We never publish a story without the person's confirmation. Published stories use the name or pseudonym that person chooses, and never include contact details or an exact address. If other people appear in your story, please leave out names or faces that would identify them.
Retention and requests
We keep stories and contact details for as long as needed to reply and review them, then delete them. If the person in a published story asks for a correction or removal, we act on it without delay. Send requests for access, correction or deletion to [email protected].
Hosting and email forwarding
The site is served by Cloudflare, and email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's inbox. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver the site. Fonts are served from this site itself.
Contact and changes
